CrossFit “boxes”(gyms) are open for instructor/coach lead, specified class times only and each WOD(workout of the day) last 1 hour, with the exception of open gym times on Saturdays. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow for proper warm-up.
Monday-Friday-CrossFit– 5:00am, 6am, 9:30am, 4:30pm & 5:45pm
Tuesday & Thursday(13-18) TEEN CrossFit & (5-12 years) Kids Boot Camp Class is 4:30-5:00pm.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday Bootcamp- 9:30am
Thursday– 4-4:30pm Little Lifters (3-5 years)
Saturday– Open Gym from 9am- 11pm
Sunday– Closed for family time and or a rest day. Or you could do one of the workouts you missed during the week at home.
No Contracts. Drop in and watch any class you want to see what we are all about!
$99 On Ramp (Introductory Classes)
$150 per month- Unlimited class workouts per week
$120 each person per month for family discount
$120 per month-2 Workouts per week
All athletes must complete the “On Ramp” 1 time, which is 3 one hour sessions, $99 (The On Ramp) required for all new athletes. We call this our “ON RAMP” class. You will receive 1 on 1 instruction with practice from one of our coaches. In this class we will cover our format, our warm up, our 9 foundational CrossFit movements, and the history and birth of CrossFit! It is an amazing hour that make you feel more familiar and ready for your first WOD with us.

(5-12 years) Longhorn Kids Boot Camp Class – $85 per month, 2 classes per week
